James McWilliam

Owner Director

James brings to the team a considerable amount of experience and training in business management, managing staff, accounting and finance.

James has completed advanced diploma in Agri Business Management from Marcus Oldham Farm Management College; Commerce degree (accounting and finance and marketing majors) from Bond University and a MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

He has managed a 10,000 acre property in central Queensland and managed a residential property development project in SE QLD.

While in London for 2.5 years he managed a team of 6 people in middle office operations within GED (Global Equities and Derivatives) for UBS Warburg Dillon Reed.

More recently he has worked in the financial services sector as a financial adviser for Ord Minnett and Macquarie Bank before buying GutterMesh and successfully transitioning the business into a successful growing enterprise in a very tough economic environment.

Brad Bye

General Manager

Brad brings to GutterMesh 25 years in construction experience. Formerly owner operated a rendering and house painting business in the Coffs Harbour region. Previously worked in new home sales for a reputable Australian building company GJ Gardner Homes. A local in the Coffs Harbour region for over 40 years.

Jenny Hill

Administration

Jenny’s bright and bubbly personality comes through immediately. She has a passion for customer service and her attention to details with current distributors and suppliers is second to none. Weather booking in quotes, jobs or distributor orders Jenny is always happy to help in any way possible.

Cheryl Rose

Admin & Payroll

Cheryl has a vast administrative experience. Also has a roll in customer service, distributor orders and following up clients.
